Refund Policy
CutSports — cutsports.app
This policy describes how cancellations during the trial work and how refunds work after a CutSports Pro payment.
1. Trial period (30 days)
CutSports Pro includes a free 30-day trial period. When you sign up you must provide a valid payment method; no charge is made while the trial lasts.
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends via the Paddle customer portal (or the “Manage subscription” link in the app). If you cancel in time, you will not be charged for the annual plan.
2. Refund after payment
Once a charge has been made (for example, when the trial ends or on a renewal), the following rules apply:
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract or from the first charge, under Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Spanish law.
- Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled under this policy and Paddle’s refund policy, whichever is more favorable when the law so requires.
- For digital content or services with immediate access, the law may limit withdrawal if, when contracting, you expressly accepted the start of the service and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. In that case, what was agreed at checkout and in the applicable terms governs.
3. How to request a refund
- Email info@basketouch.com with the subject “Refund request — CutSports”.
- Include your account email and the approximate date of the charge.
- We will process your request within a maximum of 3 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Payment processing
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record: it invoices, charges, and, where applicable, returns the amount to the original payment method. You may also contact Paddle directly if you prefer.
