The same email you used to complete signup on Pricing. If you paid with a different address than the one you enter in the app, activation will fail until you use the correct email.

First complete signup on Pricing (trial or subscription). When you’re done, the site offers the .dmg installer: open it and drag CutSports to Applications. The first time, macOS may ask for confirmation under Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Activate with the same email from signup.

In CutSports: Preferences → Manage subscription, or use My subscription in the website menu. That opens the Paddle portal, where you can cancel the trial, update your card, or download invoices.

CutSports Pro includes a 30-day trial. You enter a card when you sign up; you are not charged until the period ends. After that, the subscription renews at €199/year (taxes depending on your country), unless you cancel beforehand.

Each Pro subscription allows 1 active Mac. Another computer needs another license, or you must deactivate the previous machine (contact support if you switch Macs).

On your Mac: user folders under Movies/CutSports (analysis, production, button pad). The app does not upload your videos to the cloud; it only checks the license over the internet periodically.

CutSports Pro on its own is Mac only. The iPad whiteboard is DrawSports, sold separately. If you want both, the Pack CutSports PRO + DrawSports PRO includes them for €250/year + taxes on the same account.

Get DrawSports on the App Store and sign in with the same email you used to buy the pack: tap Send code and enter the code we email you. There is nothing to buy inside the app and no password to create.

The purchase email does not include the code: request it in the app or at panel.drawsports.app with your email and Send code. Check spam. Wait one minute between requests.

Yes, and it matters. In CutSports you activate by typing that email; in DrawSports you sign in with that same email and a one-time code we send you. Different emails mean two separate accounts, and one of the apps will be left without access.

Yes. During the trial you get CutSports on the Mac and DrawSports on the iPad. Nothing is charged until it ends. After that it renews at €250/year + taxes unless you cancel first.

Yes. Both run on the same subscription and end together, once the period you already paid for is over. Cancel from My subscription, just like CutSports Pro.
