Mac requirements

Which email do I use to activate?

The same email you used to complete signup on Pricing. If you paid with a different address than the one you enter in the app, activation will fail until you use the correct email.

How do I install CutSports?

First complete signup on Pricing (trial or subscription). When you’re done, the site offers the .dmg installer: open it and drag CutSports to Applications. The first time, macOS may ask for confirmation under Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Activate with the same email from signup.

How do I cancel the trial or manage my subscription?

In CutSports: Preferences → Manage subscription, or use My subscription in the website menu. That opens the Paddle portal, where you can cancel the trial, update your card, or download invoices.

How long is the trial and when am I charged?

CutSports Pro includes a 30-day trial. You enter a card when you sign up; you are not charged until the period ends. After that, the subscription renews at €199/year (taxes depending on your country), unless you cancel beforehand.

Can I use CutSports on more than one Mac?

Each Pro subscription allows 1 active Mac. Another computer needs another license, or you must deactivate the previous machine (contact support if you switch Macs).

Where are my videos and projects stored?

On your Mac: user folders under Movies/CutSports (analysis, production, button pad). The app does not upload your videos to the cloud; it only checks the license over the internet periodically.

Does CutSports include the iPad app?

No. CutSports Pro is for Mac. The iPad whiteboard is DrawSports on the App Store.

I paid but the app says there’s no subscription

Check the checkout email, wait a few minutes, and try again. If it still fails, email help@basketouch.com with your purchase email.
