2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website and the desktop application CutSports / CutSports Pro (the “Service”), video analysis and playbook software for macOS. Accessing the Service implies acceptance of the terms in this Legal Notice, as well as the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
Intellectual and industrial property rights in the Service, its code, design, trademarks, logos and content created by the owner belong to Basketouch Solutions Spain, S.L., or are used under proper authorisation. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without the owner’s express authorisation is prohibited.
Videos, analysis projects, diagrams and other content that the user imports, creates or exports with the application remain the user’s responsibility and under their control. The owner does not claim ownership of user-generated content. More detail in the Terms of Use.
4. Liability
The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the Service or from interruptions, errors or omissions beyond its control. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or security. Analysis features are informational and intended to support sporting decisions.
5. Providers and hosting
The Service relies on infrastructure providers acting as processors: Vercel (website hosting), Brevo (product news when you subscribe on the website), Supabase (licence management and activation) and Paddle (payment processing as Merchant of Record). Details of data processing appear in the Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s registered address.
